The specific shape and size can be available by producing according to different drawing designs from customers. The hole/(OD-ID)can be drilled to as tiny as 0.1mm for NdFeB and 0.2mm for SmCo at our end, they are mainly used to make into super hard micro magnetic precision parts for clock, watch, micro-motor, optical communication electronics, electroacoustics, digital camera.

Parylene is a polymeric coating material that can be applied from the gas phase in vacuum. This unique parylene coating process, conducted at ambient temperatures, produces thin layers of polymer having superb uniformity and continuity and completeness of coverage. Parylene is a conformal polymer film that has been used as a protective conformal coating for more than 25 years. As a dry process non-solvent based coating, parylene is not affected by volatile organic compound (VOC) restrictions, and it is not implicated in the ozone depletion concerns of the Montreal Protocol and other environmental legislation. Parylene's pinhole free conformal coating protects coated substrates from moisture, chemicals, and electric charge. While Parylene is typically used to coat circuit boards or immobilize particles, it can also be removed from the original surface and used as a microstamp allowing MEMS patterns to be transferred reproducibly to polymers with various properties. Some desirable properties of the polymer Parylene (poly-para-xylylene) are: Biocompatibility;Truly conformal material (pin-hole free at 25 nm thickness);Thin film dielectric;Excellent moisture/chemical barrier properties;High mechanical strength.
